In January 2018 Janet and Pete quit their jobs, rented out their house, sold their vehicles and embarked upon a worldwide adventure. It started with 4 months’ travelling in SE Asia, then 4 months’ cycling in the French Alps and then a snowboard and ski instructor’s course in Canada. Then they bought a van and took to the road to explore America and Canada for 6 months. They have spent one season in Bulgaria, and three in Hokkaido, Japan, soaking up the culture and teaching people how to ski and snowboard. They are now teaching skiing and snowboarding in Furano, Hokkaido and Janet is also running her travel agency business, Taylor Made Travel.
